Rates and Programs Home Only

The URefi.com Site may contain floating rate quotes.   Stated rates are for select individuals who qualify for Platinum rates with 720 FICO scores.  Sometimes great work history and/or payment history may qualify you for these rates.  Every bank takes in consideration your LTV (Loan to value) DTI (Debt to income of 45% or less) and Credit Score of 600 or more.  Banks will not consider applications with Bankruptcies in the last two years or any kind of Credit counseling in the last two years also.  Doublewide and Triplewide home owners receive better rates than those with singlewide homes.  Singlewide homes depreciate faster and therefore are more risky for banks to underwrite. 

Debt consolidation loans, and cash out refinancing are considered if the home is below 65% LTV with no exceptions!  URefi.com is not in the business of doing appraisals for your home; and we are not responsible for any misrepresentation of information you give to our lenders.  In the event of your misrepresentation of your information you hold URefi.com and its agents harmless of lawsuits or any other form of legal action based on your negligence.
